Domestic Shipping

Domestic U.S. shipping is via U.S. Postal service First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Rates:
$5.00 for orders up to $24.99
$10.50 for orders between $25.00 and $49.99
$14.20 for orders between $50.00 and $199.99
Free for orders $200.00 or more.

We can provide insurance. Left Hand Miniatures is not responsible to for damages caused during shipment.

If you would like your order insured, make sure to click the ' Shipping Insurance' checkbox in 'Step 2 - Payment Information' as you place your order. The insurance rate will then be included in your order total.

USPS Insurance Rates as of January 28, 2013:
$1.95 for orders up to $50.00
$2.45 for orders between $50.01 and $100.00
$3.05 for orders between $100.01 and $200.00
$5.10 for orders between $200.01 and $300.00
$6.25 for orders between $300.01 and $400.00
$7.40 for orders between $400.01 and $500.00
$8.55 for orders between $500.01 and $600.00
$8.55 plus $1.15 per $100 or fraction thereof for orders between $600 to $5,000.

International Shipping

International orders will be quoted individually!.
You must create an account, put the items you desire in your shopping cart and go through the Check Out process. You will NOT be billed at that time but an Invoice will be created.

Once your Invoice has been created, we will send you the shipping quote. Then, if you approve, we will send you a Paypal Invoice. Once that is paid we can ship your item(s).

Our policy for international shipments is to send all shipments First Class International (formerly known a Airmail), with a Certificate of Mailing to prove it was shipped.
We cannot assume any liability for lost or misdirected shipments in this case.

In order to track International Shipments, they must be sent Priority Mail International which starts at $9.00USD. In order to insure International Shipments, they must be sent Priority Mail International which starts at $15.00USD.

Sales Tax

Because we are incorporated by and located in the state of Ohio, we are required by law to collect Sales Tax on all orders which ship to an Ohio address.

Returns

You may return items no questions asked within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price (purchase date is considered to be the date the package was mailed to you) as long as you return the items undamaged and in the condition they were sent to you. Simply call or e-mail us with the details of what you would like to return, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions and authorization number.

We can not issue a refund on returned items which do not have an authorization number!
